Kentucky is facing off against Georgia on Saturday, the winner takes the SEC East title! Vegas has set the odds at 12.5 in Georgia’s favor.

ESPN only gives us a 19% chance of winning:

Don’t put too much weight into the ESPN matchup predictor though, it isn’t right often. With the ball in our hands on the game winning drive against Missouri, they only gave us a 4.9% chance of winning.

Before kick off they only gave us a 35.5% chance against Missouri:

Against South Carolina we started with a 45.3% chance to win:

We had even worse odds against Mississippi State at 24%:

And finally Florida, who we had a 12.9% chance of beating:

My point is, I like our odds when ESPN is again us. It’s going to be a tough matchup but we play our best when we are the underdogs. Bulldogs are offensively slightly more effective than the Wildcats. But the Wildcats are more efficient defensively.

I give us the edge with a 21-20 victory. We forced Missouri to 8 straight 3 and outs. Georgia hasn’t faced a defense like ours. The crowd will be insane. Let’s go BBN!
