Kentucky Advances in NCAA Tournament, defeating Abilene Christian 79-44

The Kentucky Wildcats are still dancing after a dominating 79-44 win over Abilene Christian.

For the seventh time this season, Keldon Johnson scored 20 or more points. Johnson finished with 25 points. Reid Travis scored 18 points. Tyler Herro added 14 points.

Kentucky held Abilene Christian to just 13 points in the first half. That’s the lowest points in a half Kentucky has held a team to in the NCAA Tournament history.

Kentucky won the rebounding battle 44-17.

Kentucky will face the winner of the 9:40 PM ET Seton Hall/Wofford game, on Saturday.
