Kentucky’s Most Experienced DB Has Suffered A Season Ending Injury

The Kentucky Wildcats Football team took a big hit in the secondary this week.

Kentucky announced Davonte Robinson suffered a season-ending right quadriceps muscle injury on Tuesday. The injury will require surgery.

Robinson recovered a Feleipe Franks fumble after he was sacked by Josh Allen and returned it 30 yards for a touchdown on the final play of the game at Florida sealing the win. He saw action in all 13 games with three starts and totaled 42 tackles, 3.0 TFL, four PBUs and two fumble recoveries.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Robinson for a speedy recovery.
