Kentucky Football Fills Vacancy With Former Kentucky Wildcat

The Kentucky Wildcats have filled the vacancy for the football programs Director of Player Development.

It was announced at the Kentucky football women’s clinic that former Kentucky Wildcat linebacker, Courtney Love, will take over the position.

The role was created prior to the start of last season and Freddie Maggard was the first to hold the title, leaving big foot steps for Love to follow. Maggard began the 4 for 40 initiative for the program.

Love was Kentucky’s first Wuerffel Trophy winner in 2017, given to college football’s top community servant. He has been a huge impact in the community and was much more than just a football player for the Kentucky Wildcats.

Congratulations Courtney Love!
